Hopped Native

This bottle-conditioned, dry hard cider is made using local, organic hops and Vermont grown apples from our orchard. Our fermentation process uses native, wild yeast for a unique flavor - a stand out from traditional brewer's yeast.

Alcohol by vol: 6.2%
Available in: 22oz bottle, 1/6 BBL (5.17 Gal Kegs), 1/2 BBL (15.5 Gal Kegs)

Ginger & Spice

Bold and different, our award-winning Ginger & Spice is blended with organic ginger, orange peel and cardamom to create a complex and sophisticated flavor sure to excite the palate.

Apple varieties: Farmhouse Blend
Alcohol by vol: 6%, Residual sugar: 2.5%

Asian Pear

Made with Asian Pears grown at our orchard and blended with our Vermont Apples to create a palette of delicate fruit with floral overtones.

HONEY PLUM

Our Honey Plum hard cider is quickly becoming a new favorite with the locals. This Limited Release cider is made with Methley plums grown on the orchard and lightly sweetened with Vermont honey. It has a beautiful rose color and a pleasing finish.
